Genesis Ranch 100% Extra Virgin Gourmet Olive Oil is produced exclusively in the Livermore Valley of Northern California.  Each fall the olives are hand picked and immediately cold pressed to lock in its rich flavor and smooth texture.

 

Genesis Ranch olives are grown on a small family operated farm in the gently sloping hills south of Livermore.   The trees are meticulously cared for throughout the year and produce one of the highest yields and best quality in the country.

 

Genesis Ranch Gourmet Olive Oil is sold only in select local outlets and directly from the Ranch.  Telephone orders are welcome, and shipments are made throughout the U.S.

 

Olive oil is naturally good for the body.  Olive oil is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids and is rich in antioxidants.  Studies confirm that olive oil prevents heart disease by minimizing “bad” cholesterol and increasing “good cholesterol.  Studies also suggest that olive oil can prevent certain types of cancer.
