About Us

Genesis Ranch was started in 1994 with the planting of over 1,000 Manzanillo olive trees on approximately twenty acres of rich Livermore soil.  The trees are planted so that there is plenty of space and sunlight to keep the orchard healthy.  The trees and orchard are maintained in a manicured state, with pride and hard work of the owners.

 

Genesis Ranch is a small family owned and operated business.  The growing and caring for the olives has been a way of life for the Miille family (Jim, Bea, Chrissie and Michael) since the children were born.  We try to maintain strong values in the farming of our orchard as we do in raising of our children.  We believe our hard work has paid off in the quality of our olive oil.
